“We exist to build community and friendship within the broad spectrum of the arts upholding the values of kindness, trust, and fairness.”

Kindred Arts ATX was founded March 14th, 2026 through the collective desire of artists across Austin Texas to form a community to empower each other and enrich the world with each member’s talents and artistic ability. Our artist collective is based on the principles of goodness, cooperation, and democracy. Every member has an equal voice and is held to the same standards.

Currently we are headquartered at Hive Mind Studios at 4714 Nuckols Crossing Road where we have our main shared studio.

Our debut show Celestial Dreamland will be on Saturday March 28th at Hive Mind Studios from 6:30pm – 11:30pm where we will showcase two galleries, live music, collage, group painting, face painting, tarot readings, and have many vendors to help support our wonderful friends.
